Today was my first experience with Stephanie, and it was the most enjoyment you can get from sheer pain! Because of a few surgeries that I have had over the years, my right shoulder has an immense amount of remaining scar tissue which causes muscle tension and knots in my back as well. Stephanie was able to use her massage techniques as well as new technology to break up that tissue.
After the 60 minute session, I could tell that my range of motion had already increased significantly and even though there was pain I could still feel the difference. Looking forward to the next few months of getting rid of this unwanted tension, and scar tissue!
